Onni is seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent to coordinate multifamily construction activities, ensure schedule adherence, and maintain quality and safety across the project site. You will lead communication with subcontractors, track progress, and manage daily field operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, OSHA training, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential construction-related experience.
• Knowledge of building electrical and mechanical systems.
• A certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour training certificate an asset.
• Must be an effective communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage construction activities to meet schedule and drawings.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs for schedule alignment.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
• Track daily progress and report on site activities.
• Manage purchase orders and safety-related supplies.
• Coordinate inspections with city officials and third-party inspectors.
• Direct onsite laborers and ensure safe working conditions.
