Job summary

Onni Group of Companies is seeking a Project Engineer to lead management of construction documents including drawings, RFIs, submittals, reports, procurement and change orders for multi-family projects in the Los Angeles area.

You will coordinate between Project Management staff and Superintendents, assist with preconstruction quantities, estimates, budgets and value engineering, and track procurement, permits, and change orders while supporting field teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Project Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of multi-family construction experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate between Project Management staff and Superintendent staff on design, procurement, schedule and field issues.
• Manage document control for drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders and logs.
