Job summary

Roers Companies in the United States is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the construction team across multifamily projects. You will coordinate pre-construction and construction activities, liaise with subcontractors, track schedules, costs, and quality, and maintain Procore documents.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and a Bachelor's in construction management or equivalent, with strong communication and teamwork. Full-time, onsite with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in project engineering, coordination, or management are expected.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support project team with daily coordination and communications.
• Assist Project Manager with schedules, safety, quality control, and policies.
• Procurement of materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and other professionals.
• Maintain progress, cost reports, and documentation for timely completion.
• Ensure site safety and secure company assets on site.
• Assist in project estimation and pre-construction activities.
• Coordinate monthly draws with Project Manager and Accounting.
• Review and verify payment applications monthly.
• Prepare and maintain meeting minutes for OAC meetings.
• Maintain Procore site including submittals, RFIs, and drawings.
