Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities for multifamily projects under the Project Superintendent. You will help schedule subcontractors, manage materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of multifamily construction experience, strong blueprint-reading ability, and proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office. This role requires travel to job sites and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction-related education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising multi-family construction.
• Experience with site work, utilities, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.
• Ability to read blueprints; proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and materials under the Project Superintendent.
• Maintain production schedules, field notes, punch-lists, and project documentation.
• Enforce safety and OSHA compliance; report accidents.
• Assist in managing budgets and materials purchasing.
• Communicate project status daily with the Superintendent.
