Job summary

Roers Companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the construction team across pre-construction and construction activities for multifamily projects. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure schedules, safety, and quality expectations are met.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 1–3 years of project engineering, coordination, or management in multifamily construction.
• Experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Proficiency communicating with subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support entire project team with daily project coordination.
• Take directions from the Project Manager and communicate expectations to subcontractors and employees.
• Procurement of construction materials, tools and equipment as required.
• Interact with Architects, Structural Engineers, and other professionals.
• Review and update progress and cost reports, schedules, and requirements.
