Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Construction Management or similar field.
• 0-1 years with a large trade contractor, construction management, or general contractor organization
• OSHA 10-hour certified; OSHA 30-hour preferred
• Estimating experience and union experience is preferred but not required
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains contract document logs.
• Processes and distributes submittals and RFIs.
• Maintains material inventory logs for self-perform scopes.
• Supports field reporting, labor tracking, and equipment logs via construction management platforms.
• Writes notes, instructions, or minutes from meetings that communicate agreements and actions.
• Understands customer goals and looks for ways to support them.
• Ensures planned deadlines are met.
• Develops industry relationships to generate opportunities for Next 150.
• Coordinates field execution of self-perform work and supports craft labor operations.
