Job summary

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Project Engineer | Field Engineer (Dual Role) position is based in Rochester, MN. The role involves supporting project delivery from planning through completion, including coordinating drawings, specifications, and submittals, and assisting with scheduling and resource allocation. The individual will conduct site visits, monitor field progress, help resolve technical issues, and collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers. Daily responsibilities include tracking project documentation, preparing reports, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining construction standards and client satisfaction.
