Job summary

AIREKO Companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Manager in planning and overseeing construction projects. You will coordinate with local authorities, develop labor plans, and produce project drawings while acting as the site quarterback and primary client contact during construction.

Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering or project management degree, have at least 3 years of construction management experience, and are proficient with MS Office tools to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Project Management.
• 3+ years direct construction management experience in the construction industry.
• Management experience with construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our Operations teams in planning and execution of projects.
• Hold site safety meetings and ensure a safe, clean site environment.
• Manage onsite supervision of all subcontractors and third-party labor.
• Coordinate purchasing and labor needs for projects.
• Maintain daily activity log and report site data to Project Manager.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Project Management
