Job summary

AIREKO is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to coordinate teams of electricians on commercial construction sites. You will assign tasks, train staff, assure quality, implement safety procedures, inspect work progress and resolve technical problems on site.

The role requires strong organizational skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel to different Aireko locations. Proficiency with MS Project and Office Suite is expected to manage schedules and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial Construction Superintendent experience on large projects.
• Strong initiative and organizational skills; effective communication in English; bilingual or Spanish knowledge preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attention to detail; ability to multi-task; prioritize workload with clear goals.
• Willingness to travel and work at various Aireko locations; familiarity with MS Project and Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule electricians, carpenters, laborers and operators on site.
• Review work progress and safety to ensure specifications are met.
• Read blueprints to determine construction requirements and plan procedures.
• Coordinate with managers, technicians, and contractors to resolve issues.
• Record production and safety data on forms and reports.
• Follow plans to install and maintain electrical wiring and equipment per codes.
