Job summary

AIREKO Companies seeks a managerial professional to plan on-site jobs, schedule and estimate for general electrical projects. You will participate in engineering projects from concept to completion, maintaining safety, cost control, and timely delivery while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will lead field personnel, develop schedules, generate proposals, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• PMP certification and a BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in Electrical and Solar Photovoltaic construction; budgeting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage field supervision and coordinate assignment of field personnel to projects.
• Develop project schedules and execute according to plan.
• Provide constructability, schedule and logistics input for self-perform trades
• Generate leads and maintain long-term client relationships with exceptional service.
• Perform cost estimates, prepare proposals, and negotiate final settlements.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on all projects.
