Job summary

Annual Reviews is seeking a temporary Full-Time Technical Advisor to provide on-site IT support at the Charleston Conference from November 2 to November 6, 2026. The role requires handling hardware/software issues, video camera operations, and setting up IT equipment for staff and attendees.

The ideal candidate will have strong Windows and Mac knowledge, network, printers, and conferencing tech experience, and be able to work 8–10 hours daily with some after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

Ability to work on-site in Charleston, SC during 11/2–11/6/2026.
Ability to work 8–10 hours per day and outside regular hours as needed.
Strong knowledge of Windows in a conference setting environment.
Knowledge of network topology, printers, and connections.
Excellent verbal communication and professional interaction with staff.
Proficiency with MS Office and Google tools.
Experience with video camera technology.
Mac OS X 10.4+ knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and maintenance of all IT systems at the conference.
Assist with and step in for any technical capacity, including video cameras.
Set up and install computers and printers for staff at hotel suites and desks.
