Job summary

Circles is hiring a Workplace Ambassador and Errand Runner to provide white-glove service to on-site employees at client locations. You will run local errands within defined parameters, promote Circles Concierge benefits, and build friendly relationships with members.

The role is full-time at 34 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with no nights and a three-day weekend. Requires high school diploma, clean driving record, reliable transportation, ability to lift 40lbs, and

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or related field.
• Strong local knowledge of the New Jersey area.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs and have reliable transportation.
• Eligible to become a notary public.

Responsibilities

• Local errand running for on-site members.
• Promote Circles services and benefits to members.
• Coordinate and schedule services with partners and vendors.
• Provide notary services as needed.
