Job summary

Circles is seeking a part-time Workplace Concierge to deliver five-star hospitality in a corporate setting. You will greet employees and guests, manage the reception, and coordinate amenities and services to ensure an exceptional workplace experience.

The role requires a polished, proactive professional with a strong service mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In-office daily, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10am to 3pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hospitality or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and MS Word.
• Experience with desk booking and workplace management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Manage the reception area with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Anticipate and address the needs of employees and visitors with personalized service.
• Maintain tidy waiting areas that are welcoming and well stocked.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls with appropriate information.
• Monitor security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
