Circles North America is seeking a Workplace Ambassador and Errand Runner to provide white glove customer service at client sites. You will run local errands, promote Circles Concierge benefits, and build strong member relationships while maintaining a professional, friendly presence.

The role emphasizes on-site support, event participation, and coordination with local and national partners. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and hospitality experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to navigate the local area and know local businesses, venues and dining options.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Notary public eligibility required or ability to obtain notary status.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word).
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

The role of the Workplace Ambassador and Errand Runner is to offer white glove customer service while also displaying a professional and enthusiastic personality to on-site employees at our clients' location. Your main responsibility will be to assist our clientele with local errand running within specified parameters and criteria. You will also represent Circles by building meaningful relationships with members and educating them about their Circles Concierge benefits! Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, exceptional attention to detail and be highly organized. Our ideal candidate will be an ambassador for their local area, possessing a curated knowledge of local businesses, entertainment venues, local events and highlights and dining options. Experience in the hotel, hospitality or the travel industry is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time position offering 34 hours per week. Schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Enjoy a schedule with no nights and a three-day weekend!

Compensation is hourly based on experience, from $27-$28 per.

Job Responsibilities:

• Local Errand Running;
• Promote Circles services and benefits to members;
• Participate in various onsite events that highlight the program;
• Coordinating and scheduling services with local and national partners and vendors;
• Consistently provide best in class customer service in a fast paced, structured environment;
• Prioritizing requests and monitoring daily deliverables;
• Provide uncompromising service to members;
• Project an approachable and professional image always;
• Promote meaningful relationships via face-to-face interaction with members, vendors and peers;
• Respond to members and guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, without exception;
• Collaborate on innovative ideas and initiatives with management;
• Suggest and purchase gifts and flowers; recommend tickets and dining; make reservations and schedule services;
• Provide Notary Public Services as needed;
• Manage on-site convenience services; such as onsite auto-detailing, dry-cleaning, bike tune-ups, etc
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and familiarity with navigating the local area
• Candidates must be eligible to become a notary public
• Comfortable with a high volume of driving to complete errands;
• Customer Service experience within the Hospitality field preferred;
• Must have reliable transportation;
• Must have clean driving record;
• Must be able to lift 40lbs;
• High school diploma or GED required;
• Must have excellent digital literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Word);
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus!
