Circles is seeking a Workplace Ambassador and Errand Runner to provide white-glove service to on-site employees at client locations. The role emphasizes professional conduct, strong local knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple errands efficiently.

This full-time position offers 34 hours per week, Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a schedule featuring no nights and a three-day weekend. Compensation is hourly based on experience, from $27-$28 per hour, with comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Eligible to become a notary in your state is required.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record are essential.
• Must lift up to 40 lbs and be highly organized.
• Strong digital literacy and basic MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Local errand running and on-site support at client locations.
• Promote Circles services and benefits to members.
• Coordinate services with local and national partners and vendors.
• Provide best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional image and build relationships with members and vendors.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries.
