Job summary

Circles is seeking a passionate Workplace Concierge to join our world-class team. This in-person role will oversee reception and workplace experience for a leading technology firm, delivering five-star service to employees and guests.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hospitality, excels in guest relations, and thrives in a luxury service environment. Part-time hours are 10am–3pm, Monday–Friday, with a competitive hourly rate in a premium California setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality or related experience in luxury hotels or high-end service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Word.
• Experience with desk booking and workplace management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to employees, visitors, and vendors, setting the tone for a five-star workplace experience.
• Manage the reception area and anticipate guest needs with a personal touch.
• Anticipate and address the needs of employees and visitors to personalize each interaction.
• Ensure reception waiting areas are tidy, well stocked and welcoming.
• Answer and route incoming calls with accurate information.
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
• Assist with coordination of wellness programs, community events, and employee-focused services as needed.
• Liaise with vendors to maintain high standards of workplace amenities.
• Provide personal services including arranging recreational, dining, transportation, and other amenity services.
• Act as an extension of Workplace Services mission to make the client site the best place to work.
