RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an Onsite Compliance Coordinator Assistant in Doral, FL to support the Compliance Coordinator Manager. The role requires driving throughout the community, documenting violations, and handling ARC/ACC submissions with strong IT and organizational skills.

You will interact with homeowners and staff, using company software and an iPad to communicate findings and uphold governing documents. Valid driver with clean record and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have own vehicle and a clean driving record.
• High level of IT proficiency and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with some interaction with homeowners and staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive through the community to identify violations of governing documents.
• Use an iPad to document violations for owner notification.
• Assist with processing ARC/ACC submissions.
• Apply association governing documents to violations.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and staff.
