Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Houston, TX, is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial operations of a multi-family community. You will handle rent collection, banking deposits, accounts payable, and monthly close, using Yardi/OneSite to record and report on performance.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong communication, and attention to detail. You will support leasing and marketing, coordinate maintenance, and help ensure excellent resident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial transactions: rent collection, deposits, and payables.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and maintains data integrity.
• Reviews resident accounts for delinquencies and enforces leases.
• Processes vendor invoices and coordinates approvals.
• Assists in evictions and move-outs per policy.
• Supports leasing and marketing efforts as needed.
