Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial and operational aspects of a midrise community. You will manage rent collections, deposits, reconciliations, and vendor payments, while coordinating with the maintenance team and leasing staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in property management, strong communication, and comfort with Yardi/OneSite. This role includes on-site responsibilities and occasional weekend coverage, with robust benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of residence life or property management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite/Entrata and ensure data integrity.
• Review leases and enforce terms to maximize revenue.
• Process invoices and manage payables; coordinate with vendors and owners.
