Job summary

Neighborly Communities in Oregon is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with daily property operations and resident services. You will deliver high-quality customer service, assist with budgeting, reporting, leasing and maintenance coordination on-site.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of property management experience, a High School diploma, and Fair Housing knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of property management experience.
• Fair Housing certification required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and operations of properties.
• Maintain fair housing compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Prepare reports and support Community Manager.
• Coordinate resident retention events.
• Liaise with maintenance and leasing teams.
