Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Otarre Pointe Apartments. You will oversee daily operations under the Community Manager, focus on rent collection, delinquency, and cash flow, and supervise onsite staff to ensure policy and safety compliance.

The role covers leasing, maintenance coordination, and administrative duties, with emphasis on housing law knowledge, teamwork, and delivering excellent resident service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and ability to understand onsite software.
• Experience with Fair Housing Laws is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily receivables and monitor deadlines.
• Assist with budgeting, lease administration, and end-of-month reporting.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure policy compliance and safety.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred

2 years housing industry experience or 1–2 years related experience
