Requirements include living on-site, weekend flexibility, and eligibility to work in the United States. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; candidates will undergo background/physical/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, marketing, resident relations, and customer service for the apartment community.
• Utilize property management software (Yardi preferred), Excel, and Word.
• Handle financial-related tasks: expenditures, income, collections, budgeting.
• Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to interact with residents, staff, and management.
• Travel to different property locations as needed.
