Anza Management in Los Angeles is seeking a Part-time onsite Community Manager to direct operations of the apartment community, maximize ROI for owners, and ensure a quality living environment for residents.

The role requires on-site residency, flexible hours, and a preference for English/Spanish bilinguals; candidates must have a valid California driver's license and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must live on-site at the property.
• Days/hours vary by location and weekend availability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, resident relations, and customer service.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi preferred), Excel, and Word.
• Experience with financials—expenditure control, maximizing income, budgeting, and collections.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact with residents, peers, staff, and management.
• Drive to different locations as needed.
