Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time onsite Community Manager for our San Bernardino properties. The role directs daily operations, optimizes ROI for owners, and ensures a quality living environment for residents while coordinating with staff.

You will manage leasing, marketing, resident relations, and financial tasks, including budgeting and collections. Must live onsite, be bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Community Manager of at least 100 units
• Must live onsite
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Background/Physical/Drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word).
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
• Drive to different locations.
