Job summary

Anza Management is seeking an onsite Community Manager for an apartment community in San Bernardino, CA. This full-time role focuses on directing property operations, leasing, marketing, resident relations, and ensuring a quality living environment to maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Community Manager experience for properties of 100 units, must live onsite, and be bilingual in English/Spanish. US work eligibility and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Community Manager of at least 100 units.
• Required to live onsite.
• Days / Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word).
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
