Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time onsite Community Manager to oversee an apartment community in San Bernardino, CA. The role focuses on optimizing ROI, delivering quality resident experiences, and fostering solid relationships with staff and residents.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CM experience for 100+ units, must live onsite, and be eligible to work in the United States. English/Spanish bilingualism is preferred; background checks will apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Community Manager of a 100+ unit property.
• Must live on site.
• Hours vary by property location and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Background/Physical/Drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management including leasing, marketing, resident relations, and customer service.
• Maintain good computer skills with property management software (Yardi preferred), Excel and Word.
• Manage financial aspects: expenditure control, income maximization, collections, budgeting.
• Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and communicate effectively with prospects, residents, staff and management.
• Be willing to drive to different property locations.
