Job summary

Anza Management Co. is seeking an onsite Community Manager for apartment communities in San Bernardino, California.

The role directs operations to meet ownership goals, optimizes ROI, provides a quality living environment, and maintains positive relationships with residents and staff. Requirements include at least 1 year of Community Manager experience for properties of 100 units, living onsite, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, work eligibility in the United States, and passing

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience as Community Manager for properties with at least 100 units.
• Must live onsite at the property.
• Weekend availability as per property location.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations of the apartment community to meet owners' goals.
• Optimize return on investment and ensure quality resident living environment.
• Maintain positive working relationships with residents, staff and management.
• Utilize property management software and coordinate leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Be prepared to travel between locations as needed.
