Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the Community Manager's supervision. You will focus on rent delinquency, cash flow, and ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Onsite leadership includes supervising staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management, with exposure to budgeting, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced duties.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions and basic computer tasks.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Focus on rent delinquency, collections, and property cash flow.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks onsite.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
