South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at our Florida communities. You will lead a team, drive occupancy and rent growth, and maintain resident relations while ensuring compliance and safety standards.

The role requires on-site work five days a week, with 3+ years in property management and a preference for a bachelor’s degree. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and driving occupancy and service levels.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing programs.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise team members with mentoring.
• Drive occupancy and NOI through marketing and leasing.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and budgets; report KPIs to leadership.
• Manage resident relations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure rent collection and timely deposits; manage vendor scheduling.
