Job summary

Asset Living in Denver, CO is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager's supervision. You will focus on rent collection, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As onsite leader, you will supervise staff, manage leasing activities, coordinate maintenance, and help optimize cash flow while delivering excellent resident service and maintaining a positive

Qualifications

• Onsite leadership experience preferred in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with budgeting, leasing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and timely for all residents and applicants.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable and monitor delinquencies.
• Assist in meeting budgeted revenues and net operating income targets.
• Manage move-ins/outs, charges, and security deposits with accuracy.
• Oversee end-of-month close and maintain organized resident records.
• Supervise staff, leasing activities, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
