Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team to deliver high‑quality performance and coach staff.
• Track KPIs with weekly dashboards and align goals with leadership.
• Maintain occupancy targets (95%+), control delinquency below 2%, and manage annual budget variance.
• Oversee rent collection, renewals, and marketing initiatives to drive renewals and occupancy.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and timely reporting of performance metrics.
