Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Chattanooga, TN to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk management to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires on-site leadership, timely scheduling, staff development, budgeting, and reporting. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent housing experience; CAM/ARM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite operations of the housing community.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure safety, compliance with Asset policies, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Plan marketing and leasing strategies to maximize NOI.
• Monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and reporting.
