Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager II for an on-site role in Irving, TX. You will oversee daily operations, marketing, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations to drive occupancy and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of property management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills; a high school diploma or GED is required with some college preferred. Travel up to 20% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel via car or plane on average of 20% of the time.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School or GED; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure company standards are met and regulatory compliance.
• Gathers, analyzes and interprets market trends; develops marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Develops resident retention strategies and responds to residents promptly to ensure a positive living experience.
• Manages repairs and maintenance requests; coordinates vendor dealings and preventive maintenance programs.
• Prepares weekly/monthly financial reports, budgets, and operating statements.
• Hires, trains, and mentors property staff; conducts evaluations and corrective actions as needed.
