Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel via car or plane on average of 20% of the time.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School or GED (General Education Diploma) Required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure compliance with safety, industry, and city/state/federal regulations.
• Develops marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintains resident retention through timely communication and issue resolution.
• Oversees repairs and maintenance requests and ensures preventative maintenance programs are followed.
• Manages operating budgets, payables, and vendor statements for the asset.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and mentors property staff per policy.
