Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Community Association Manager to supervise the community, oversee property maintenance, vendor and contract management, and budgeting. You’ll work with homeowners, board members, and committees to ensure smooth operations and compliance with policies.

The role involves preparing board packages, monitoring delinquencies, and coordinating inspections. Florida CAC licensing is required, with a full-time on-site schedule at our Naples facility.

Qualifications

• Requires current Florida Community Association Manager license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple vendors and contracts.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting in a community management setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the community association.
• Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, contracts, and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee building facilities inspections and follow-up actions.
