Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of residential communities.

You will handle leasing, rent collections, monthly closes, and reporting, using Entrata or Yardi to keep records accurate. This role emphasizes strong communication and resident relations, with standard 40-hour weeks across sites.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site) and standard office software.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports leasing and marketing efforts in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by completing the full leasing cycle.
• Completes daily financial transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community; approves invoices for payment.
• Gathers, analyzes, and reports market and economic trends affecting the property; recommends improvements.
• Lease enforcement including inspections, collections, notifications, and other processes as outlined in the lease.
• Conducts property tours and coordinates with clients; maintains relationships with residents and coworkers to promote satisfaction.
• Ensures safety and appearance of the property; reports any maintenance issues and coordinates with the maintenance team.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in absence of Community Manager; coordinates daily tasks and operations in line with policies.
• Stays informed about market conditions and competitor activity; develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
