Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for an onsite role in Fort Worth, TX. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, rent processing, reporting, and supervising staff in the manager’s absence, while maintaining professional service for residents.

A background in property management, basic bookkeeping, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager/CRM is required.

Qualifications

• Previous property management industry experience.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi Voyager/CRM experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and month-end reporting on resident ledgers.
• Post rent, collect delinquencies, process evictions, and manage deposits.
• Post notices to vacate and manage community communications.
• Secure and manage lease renewals; prepare new lease paperwork.
• Walk the property daily; address issues and verify condition standards.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and texts; assist in hiring/training staff.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and assist with leasing duties as needed.
• Complete move-out inspections and final account statements.
