You will lease apartments, mentor leasing teams, manage financials with Yardi, and help maintain strong relationships with housing authorities while promoting resident satisfaction.

This role requires 1 year of leasing or property management, LIHTC experience, and a flexible schedule; a High school diploma

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and respond to resident inquiries.
• Support property operations and mentor leasing team members.
• Process rent, invoices, and financial reporting in Yardi.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC/HUD programs and benefit housing authorities.
