Job summary

Places Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities in Colorado. You will lead on-site teams, drive resident experience, and ensure operational and financial performance in alignment with The Places Way.

You will collaborate with centralized leasing, the Boutique POD, and District/Regional leadership to deliver results, uphold compliance, and maintain high standards across properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team mentoring and development.
• Own resident satisfaction from move-in to renewal.
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and budgets.
• Partner with Leasing to hit occupancy goals and coordinate tours.
• Coordinate maintenance, make-readies, and safety concerns.
