Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a Tallahassee property. You will work under the Community Manager to handle daily operations and financial functions, including rent collection and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and experience in housing operations; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Onsite leadership and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations under the Community Manager.
• Manage delinquency and rent collections to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise onsite staff, ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Support budgeting, end-of-month reporting, and lease administration.
