Job summary

Arbor Village, managed by Greystar, seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Summerville, SC to support daily financial operations, lease enforcement, and resident relations. You will process payments, manage vendor invoices, and assist in maintaining strong occupancy and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of residence life or property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collects and deposits rent and payments; prepares daily bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite/Entrata and updates records accurately.
• Reviews resident files to identify delinquencies and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and submits invoices; coordinates with vendors and owners.
• Handles evictions per policy and manages move-outs per lease terms.
• On-site supervision in manager’s absence; coordinates maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Supports leasing/marketing by greeting prospects, showing apartments, and processing applications.
