Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Community Financial Coordinator to manage daily cash flow, rent collection, and financial reporting for a 302-unit mid-rise community. You will use Yardi/OneSite to record transactions, process invoices, and support the Community Manager with monthly close-out and bank reconciliations.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management or related finance experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in property management or residence operations.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Process rent and payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly close-out and financial reports, handle invoices and payables.
• Run financial reports and maintain accounting records with the software.
• Address resident inquiries and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Assist on-site supervision and coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams.
