Job summary

JLL is seeking a Site Lead for Integrated Facilities Management at our Chandler, AZ site. You will lead the FM team and vendor partners, drive improvements, and ensure safety and contract compliance on site.

This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, budget oversight, and the ability to standardize programs for a global rollout. On-site work with regional travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience leading Integrated Facilities Management teams
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams and supply chain partners
• Strong background in entertainment or similar fast‑paced industry with understanding of complex operations
• Budget management experience including operating and capital budgets
• Vendor management including contract negotiation and cost optimization
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance requirements and risk management
• Experience developing SOPs and scalable processes from scratch
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for facility-related matters and develop strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Lead and manage a diverse cross-functional FM team and supply chain partners
• Drive continuous improvements and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring contract compliance
• Oversee health and safety compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to policies
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets for hard and soft services
• Coordinate vendors and contractors to assure quality service delivery
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
