Job summary

RealManage in Winter Green, FL is seeking a seasoned Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of associations, delivering professional, timely, top-tier service aligned with RealManage values and service standards.

You will partner with the Director of CAM and boards, build strong relationships with homeowners and vendors, manage budgets and contracts, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance services, amenities, and community safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Florida CAM license required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2–3 years in property management / community management experience, plus leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
• Experienced in managing complex developer portfolios and relationships.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• High integrity, honesty, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance to Boards of Directors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance services, amenities, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare for and conduct Board and Annual Meetings, including producing monthly management reports with actionable insights.
• Present clear, timely financial and operational reports to Boards and stakeholders.
