Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC seeks an Assistant Community Manager to join Forest Glenn Apartment Community in Kansas City, KS. You will assist the Community Manager with daily on-site operations, leasing, and administrative tasks to keep the community running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of Tax Credit experience, strong customer service, and solid communication skills. Property management background is a plus; HUD experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 1–2 years of Tax Credit experience required.
Property management experience is preferred.
HUD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
Rent collection and posting.
Actively work on collecting delinquent rent.
Process invoices.
Complete Move Out Inspections.
Assist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests.
Update Make Readies in Yardi.
