Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to work at Forest Glenn Apartment Community in Kansas City, Kansas. The role covers maintenance of exteriors, grounds, and basic building upkeep while supporting on-call needs.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and general maintenance experience. Reliable transportation and a commitment to safety and courteous service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Courteous, efficient response at all times.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Available to work on an on-call basis.
• Assist with make readies.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks.

Currently, Envolve is searching for a full-time Groundskeeper to work at Forest Glenn Apartment Community in Kansas City, Kansas.

Some duties are below but may not be all inclusive:

• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property policies.
• Responsible to be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Responsible for assisting with make readies.
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks
