Arnold Grounds Apartment Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 109-unit multifamily community in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on rentals, move-ins, lease renewals, and resident relations, reporting to the Community Manager.

The position requires strong customer service and sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with HUD/LIHTC regulations. No subordinates; on-site property management duties and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the community manager in maintaining occupancy goals for the 109-unit property.
• Assist with renting apartments, tours, wait list, verifications, and applications.
• Familiar with HUD and LIHTC regulations and move-in documentation.
• Prepare move-in packets and collect signatures and documentation.
• Handle rent collections, receipts, and updating resident accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies; maintain records.
• Assist with maintaining physical appearance of the community and participate in mandatory trainings.
