Job summary

Amentum is hiring a Deputy General Manager for our Colorado Springs site, onsite at the Chidlaw Building. The role focuses on driving business operations, contract performance, and customer relations under IT contract oversight for NORAD-related systems.

The position requires a DoD Top Secret with SCI Eligibility and strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to oversee multiple sites and ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Must meet one of the education/experience combos listed under Basic Requirements.
• Must have 12 years of management or leadership experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret with SCI Eligibility clearance.
• Experience with DoD or Federal IT contracts of similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PU operations to meet corporate objectives and drive growth.
• Coordinate contract performance and allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead customer relations and maintain senior-level interface.
