Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience with increasing responsibilities, ideally industrial or retail properties.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with CRE software like Yardi, MRI, Timberline, Building Engines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day physical operation of properties, including on-site teams and service providers.
• Manage security programs, emergency plans, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and administer annual budgets and financial reporting for the properties.
• Lead leasing collaboration with the Director of Leasing for vacant spaces and marketing strategy.
• Coordinate capital projects, energy management, LEED/WELL initiatives, and building improvements.
