Ascend Talent Solutions client, one of the largest Commercial Real Estate and Property Management companies in California, seeks a Commercial Assistant Property Manager for a multi-tenant property with active facilities and space management.

You will work closely with the Property Manager, Asset Manager, and engineering teams to support financial reporting, tenant relations, CAM charges, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• 3 years as an Assistant Property Manager
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in commercial real estate software like Yardi, MRI, Timberline, Building Engines, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsabilités

• Manage all tenant correspondence, move-ins and move-outs, and preparation of related documents variances
• Assist Property Manager with the aging report and follow-ups on delinquencies
• Interface with tenants and vendors on work order requests, on-site maintenance, improvement projects and events
• Assist Property Manager with CAM charges, tax assessments, and other billing adjustments
• Ensure above-standard tenant bill-backs for electrical usage, after-hours HVAC, and similar charges are processed timely
• Oversee tenant and vendor insurance certificates
• Participate in performance oversight of service contractors
• Prepare tenant lease abstracts
• Ensure tenant files are complete and compliant with building standards
• Assist in overseeing capital and TI projects
• Lead regular inspections with janitorial and building service providers
• Develop strong relationships with tenants and vendors
